We take 2-7 business days to process your order + selected shipping method on top of that.
Due to Covid19 Shipping times may take a bit longer but rest assure your order is on its way.
- Where are you located?
We are located in the U.S and have fulfillment centers in multiple countries. Majority are located in U.S.A
- I have a problem with my order - what do I do?
Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 5 days after receiving the order. Send it to Admin@AttireT.com
Please note that do to COVID19, The product must be sealed and unused for a full refund. Simply send us a few photos.
- Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.
If received product is damaged - send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 1 week after receiving the order. Send it to Admin@AttireT.com

- Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started printing production. Please get in touch with Admin@Attire.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
- Can I have a tracking number?
All of our products are delivered using a tracking code. Some smaller items are not available with tracking. Regardless of whether a tracking code is available for your specific order, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. That means no risk. We have you completely covered.
- It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.
Make sure you report the problem within 2 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside ot the the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

- I ordered 2+ items but only received one... where's my order?
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered the wrong email address, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- Order is marked as delivered - but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the you have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.We are not responsible for a courier delivering the item and it was marked as delivered by post office.
- Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
